    About

    The TRX Fusion class will incorporate numerous TRX suspension exercises along with body weight, light free weight, and cardio. This class will develop strength and endurance as well as improve balance, flexibility, and core strength.

    The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick.

    Whether beginning a fitness journey or pushing toward your summit, TRX Training helps you move better, feel better, and live better.
